Payment Options

All orders are subject to our security verification processes and Diverse Electronics reserves the right to restrict or limit the use of any pay method which fails this process. A service charge of $10.00 may be imposed for rejected credit card orders. Large orders may require payment via bank wire transfer. Orders must be paid in full at time of shipping, with the exception of Corporate Accounts.
Shipping & Handling
Diverse Electronics sells and ships products within Canada and the contiguous United States. You can choose to ship on our account at the rates listed below or on your account. Simply provide the carrier, method and account # where indicated at Checkout.
Overnight items
Certain items require overnight shipping due to product storage temperature requirements. Additional shipping charges may apply. Any additional fees will not be charged without prior approval.

Delivery Methods
Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt and include a return authorization number. Call 1-800-381-7308 to obtain your authorization number. Authorized returns are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, less applicable return shipping charges. A 25% restocking fee may apply. We do not refund original shipping costs. Products returned without a return authorization number will be returned to the sender. Parts must be returned and in the same condition as you initially received it and in the original packaging where applicable.
Shipping Rates
If you prefer to have your order shipped via Express, please include your carrier information and account number at Checkout.
Order Pick-up
Customers in the Greater Montreal Area have the option to pick up their order at Diverse Electronics' head office in St-Laurent. Choose this option at checkout and a representative will contact you when your order is ready. Typically, your order will be available 2 days after you place your order for in-stock items, but please be aware that some exceptions apply. Delivery for items not in stock vary by supplier and will be indicated at checkout. If your order is not picked up within 10 business days after being contacted, your order will be cancelled.

Restrictions
Consumable products can be returned only after reasonable trial. Partially used product will not be accepted as a return item unless it failed application. Personal protection or static control wearable items may be tried on for size and fit only, and must not otherwise be worn.

Users may be asked for, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information for ordering purposes, however, users can visit the site anonymously. Diverse will collect personal identification information from users only if they voluntarily submit such information. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain site-related activities.
Diverse does not share users’ information to third parties except as required to fulfill an order. When sensitive and private data is collected, Diverse uses 100% secure 256Bit SSL encryption for proper data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our site.
